Dude...learn how to spell!

Hey gang...you know, I hate it when people spell words wrong and use incorrect grammar...and then I go ahead and do it in a blog post! Sheesh. Learn how to spell DOMINOES, Allison! Good thing I got my big sis who comments on the blog with the ahem, correct spelling of the word. And good thing there is an edit button on this thing. Sheesh.

Anyhoo...we are down to 3.5 days until Easter break, people, and life. is. good. This morning at staff devotions we were challenged to choose joy this week. I decided to write it in Spanish on the board in my classroom and give kids that challenge as well. Thanks, Cami!
Today was a good day, folks. A good day. I had my morning coffee - always gets me energized. My lesson went well, probably better than I thought it would - also good. Chatted with Jackson student leaders about being leaders - always challenged by John Perkins and Shane Claiborne. Whew. Good stuff. Aaron and I went to my fav restaurant for an early dinner (by early, I mean 5pm....that's early for me!) Talked with my big bro Zack for awhile - always good to catch up and hear the latest on my nephew Charlie. Finished watching the original Batman movie with Aaron...which brought him a lot of joy...and me joy because it brings him joy. :) Then watched He's Just Not That Into You. Finally checked if there was any mail for me today and saw a package from my MOM! Woo hoo! Package contents = a children's book in Spanish that our cousin accidentally purchased, an Easter card, stickers, and a stick of gum. Gotta love creative moms! Now it's past 11pm, and I need to get my beauty rest.
3.5 days, people. 3.5 days. :)
